Apitoria Pharma staff undergo training at Gitam

Visakhapatnam: Middle-level managers from Apitoria Pharma Ltd, a 100 per centsubsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma celebrated a significant milestone in their careers at Gitam deemed to be university here on Thursday.
Having successfully completed an intensive Management Development Program (MDP), the professionals, all aged 40 and above, gathered at the university’s convocation ceremony to mark the completion of their studies.
MDP, designed to equip experienced professionals with advanced leadership skills and strategic management insights, spanned several months of rigorous coursework, practical case studies, and collaborative projects. Participants delved into topics ranging from organisational behaviour to financial management, enhancing their ability to navigate complex business landscapes and drive impactful change within their respective organisations.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the accomplishments of our middle-level managers,” said Gitam School of Business Dean Prof Raja P Pappu. He mentioned that teaching classes to industry people is always a new experience to faculty and the university is always prepared to offer specific designed programs to suit industrial needs.
